MediaBoxEnt Technologies Partners Programme Terms
Version 2026-09-17. These terms govern participation in the MediaBoxEnt Technologies Partners referral programme (the “Programme”) operated by MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). The Programme covers one or more of our products (each a “Product”), listed on the partners site with their own commission levels and hold periods; you take part in a Product’s programme by joining it from your dashboard. By creating a partner account you agree to them, together with the MBX Flow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. One partner account per person or business. We may decline or close an account at our discretion, including for breach of these terms.
2. Referrals
A referral is a new customer of a Product who subscribes through your personal link for that Product (or whose checkout otherwise carries your referral code) and who was not already a customer of it. The referral is attributed at checkout. Referring yourself, your own company, or any account you control or benefit from is not a referral and earns nothing.
3. Commission
You earn a percentage of the amount actually paid by a referred customer, net of discounts and before tax, on each charge of their subscription for as long as it stays active (“recurring”). The percentage is your level at the time each charge is booked: For MBX Flow: 20% from your first paying referral; 25% once 10 of your referrals are active and paying; 30% once 25 of your referrals are active and paying. “Active and paying” means subscribed, past any free trial, and not canceled or refunded; the count can go down as well as up, and your level follows it. We may run campaigns that raise the rate or add rewards for specific periods or milestones; the campaign’s own terms apply for as long as it runs.
Nothing in the Programme is permanent. We may change the rate, the commission period, the hold period, the payout minimum, the campaigns or any other term at any time and without prior notice, including for referrals already made. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. Commissions already released before a change are paid under the terms they were released with; everything not yet released follows the new terms. The Programme is a marketing arrangement we may adjust or withdraw, not a promise of income, of a fixed rate, or of any duration.
4. Hold period and release
Every commission is held until the referred customer is past the period in which they can cancel and receive a refund under the Product’s refund policy. For MBX Flow: 7 days after the first charge of a monthly plan, and 30 days after each charge of an annual plan. If the customer cancels, is refunded, or raises a payment dispute within that period, the commission is void. After the period, the commission is released.
5. Payouts
Released commissions are paid monthly, in US dollars, to the bank account you connect through our payments provider, provided your released balance is at least $25. Balances below that carry over. To receive payouts you must complete the provider’s identity and bank verification and keep a second factor on your partner account: two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, or a passkey. Amounts already paid for a charge that is later refunded or reversed will be deducted from your next payouts.
6. Taxes
Commissions are paid gross. You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on them where you live. Where the law requires it, we or our payments provider will collect tax information from you and issue the corresponding statements.
7. Conduct
- No unsolicited messaging (spam), no incentives you have not been authorised to offer, no misleading statements about a Product, its features or its prices, and no claim to be employed by or to speak for MediaBoxEnt.
- No paid search or social advertising on the “MediaBoxEnt” or “MBX” names, the name of any Product, or misspellings of them, no bidding that sends visitors to a Product’s site directly, and no domains, handles or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
- No coupon, cashback, rebate or deal sites, no sub-affiliate networks, and no browser extensions or software that insert your link, without our written approval.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, pop-unders, redirects or any technique that attributes a visitor who did not knowingly follow your link.
- No incentivised traffic: nobody may be paid, rewarded or required to click your link or subscribe.
- Disclose clearly and close to the link that you earn a commission, in the plain words the law where you publish requires (for example “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link”). “Affiliate link” on its own is not enough.
- Only one partner account per person or business, and no sharing of programme benefits with other programmes or partners.
We may review any referral, ask you for the source of your traffic, and hold or void commissions while we do. If these rules are broken, we may suspend or close the account immediately and without prior notice. A breach voids unpaid commissions, and where money was already paid for referrals that breach these terms, we may recover it from future payouts.
7a. Unclaimed balances
If payouts are not set up within twelve months of your first released commission, or your account is closed with a balance below the payout minimum, that balance is forfeited.
8. Data
You see the plan, dates and status of your referrals, never their names or contact details. Attribution uses a first-party cookie set when someone follows your link and a referral code carried through checkout; we do not share visitor data with you or with third-party networks. We keep click counts by day (never by visitor), the referral ledger for as long as a commission can still be affected by a refund or a dispute plus the period the law requires for financial records, and your account details for as long as you are a partner. Each side is an independent controller of the personal data it holds; where you collect personal data from the people you refer, you are responsible for your own compliance. See the Privacy Policy for the rest.
9. Changes and termination
Either side may end participation at any time. You may close your account by writing to [email protected]; released commissions above the payout minimum are paid in the next batch. We may suspend or close an account without notice for a breach of section 7, and with 30 days’ notice for any other reason. We may suspend, pause or end the Programme, in whole or for particular partners, at any time and with or without notice. If the Programme ends, released commissions above the payout minimum are paid in a final batch and nothing further is owed; held commissions that had not qualified by that date are void. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published here, and continuing to use your link after a change means you accept it.
